We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order, and through our partners, we have warehousing in both Canada and the US to ensure you get your instant tea fast. 

US and Canada

In an effort to optimize delivery times we use the "Fulfillment by Amazon" service. Shipping will take an average of 2-4 days from order date. As you are buying directly from the manufacturer, we offer free shipping on all orders with two or more bags of tea.

International

We currently ship internationally through partnerships with Canada Post and UPS.  If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to email us at simon@instantteas.com.  We are currently offering free shipping on international orders of two bags of tea or more although some remote areas may require a charge.  

Tracking Your Order:  

If your order is shipped using the "Fulfillment by Amazon" service you will receive an email with tracking information when the order is shipped. At our warehouses, tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping. As soon as we get a confirmed tracking number, you will be updated with an email containing all key shipping information so that you can easily track your order when needed. If you do not see an email from us, please check your junk or spam email folder.
